House of Sweven utilizes UPS services to ensure reliable delivery of your House of Sweven products. After receiving your confirmation email, you can expect your items to reach you within a maximum of 30 days.

- Products typically delivered within 7 working days after UPS has assumed responsibility for your shipment.

- Products delivered within 2 working days after UPS has taken charge of your shipment.

- Products delivered the day after UPS has taken responsibility for your shipment.

For our Canadian customers, Aesop also relies on UPS services to deliver House of Sweven products. After receiving your confirmation email, you can expect to receive your items within a maximum of 30 days.
One Shipping Method:

- Products delivered within 7 working days after UPS has taken responsibility for your shipment.
Delivery Information:
Once your products are in the capable hands of UPS, you will receive an email confirming the pick-up. This email will include a delivery number, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
If, by any chance, your products are delivered while you are not at the indicated address, you have the flexibility to reschedule delivery or retrieve your order at the nearest relay store.
Shipping details are also accessible on the order validation page and the order summary page before payment is finalized. Please note that we cannot process an order unless payment is completed.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are additional charges and will be added to the total order price.
Returning Your Product:
At the time of delivery, please inspect your order in the presence of the transporter to verify its condition and conformity. If there are any apparent defects, such as missing or damaged products, please raise your concerns immediately.
To address any such issues, customers must contact House of Sweven's client services within 14 days following the arrival of the products. Reclamations made after this 14-day period, without valid reason, will not be processed.
Returns Policy:
Please be aware that we do not accept returns unless the products are damaged in transit. In the event of damage during transit, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the delivery company.
Right to Retract:
Customers have the right to retract their order without reason within 14 days after receiving the order. This timeframe is determined by the transporter's receipt signed by the customer. If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is automatically extended until the next working day.
To exercise your right to retract, please send a clear statement expressing your intent to retract via email or postal mail. This declaration should include information about the products, quantities returned to House of Sweven, your postal address, order number, and, if possible, your phone number and email address.
Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
Reimbursement:
House of Sweven will reimburse returned products and their shipping costs using the original payment method, with the understanding that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products or proof of the return.

Limitation of Liability:
House of Sweven cannot be held responsible if the contract is not executed correctly due to a case of absolute necessity, the customer's fault, or an unpredictable and insurmountable event resulting from a third party to the contract.
Guaranty: Non-Conformity and Hidden Defects:
Customers should verify the conformity of the products they have received with their order. In case of any discrepancies, customers must contact House of Sweven's Customer Service.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, repairs are impossible. We offer exchanges for faulty products, which will be initiated upon receiving and examining the product.
If the faulty product is not returned within 30 days after the replacement product has been sent, House of Sweven reserves the right to withhold the value of the product from the customer's credit card used for the online boutique purchase.
In cases where an exchange is impossible or cannot be implemented within one month after the products' reception by House of Sweven, customers can request reimbursement.
Cases Where Guaranty Does Not Apply:
If customers return products that do not correspond to the order or did not originate from House of Sweven's online boutique, the modalities described will not apply.
