PAYMENT
Payment for your House of Sweven order is processed at the time the order is placed, using credit or debit cards only. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be responsible for any relevant bank charges or fees imposed by their card issuer due to the payment processing by House of Sweven. We accept Carte Bleue, Visa, and MasterCard.
Secure Payment System: House of Sweven has implemented a secure payment system for all orders placed on the website. Payments are securely processed through an external platform, Shopify, which is contractually obligated to use 3D Secure measures.
Payment Process: To complete the payment, customers are required to enter their card number, its expiry date, and the CVC. After payment confirmation, customers may be directed to a 3D Secure page to enter a code. Once the transaction is validated, the customer will be redirected to the House of Sweven website and receive their order confirmation.
Payment Issues: If a customer's payment cannot be processed for any reason, House of Sweven will cancel the order, and the contract will terminate immediately. The customer will be informed of this via email.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns: Customers wishing to return purchased products must notify House of Sweven within fourteen (7) days of their decision to return the product(s).
Conditions for Returns:
1. Timeline for Returns: Purchased products must be returned within fourteen (7) days from the date on which the customer or the person for whom the customer made the purchase notified House of Sweven of their decision to return the product(s).
2. General Conditions of Returns: Purchased product(s) must be returned in their original, unaltered, unused, undamaged condition, with their original packaging, original tags, labels, and all related documents (e.g., instruction labels, booklets, and product certificates) attached.
3. Compliance with Conditions of Returns (All Products): House of Sweven will not issue any refund for purchased product(s) if the product(s) returned by the customer do not comply with the specified conditions.
4. Miscellaneous: Refunds will not be issued for products purchased from a marketplace other than the House of Sweven website.
5. Non-Compliance with Conditions of Returns: If a returned product does not meet the conditions for return, House of Sweven will return the product to the address indicated by the customer in the return form. If the provided address is not valid, the product will be sent to the address provided by the customer when the order was placed. This return will occur within thirty (10) days from the date House of Sweven informed the customer of the rejection of the returned products, unless a event or unforeseeable circumstance occurs.
6. Return Costs: Return postage costs will be covered by House of Sweven, and the customer will receive the courier label before the product is sent back for exchange or return. The customer must then drop the parcel off at the chosen collection point. House of Sweven will reimburse the customer for the return costs within 30 days of receiving the product.
Order Refunds: House of Sweven will refund the returned products, including delivery costs, by crediting the credit or debit card used for payment. If only a portion of the products is returned, delivery costs will not be refunded. The refund will be issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the return of the products or the date on which the customer provides proof of shipment, whichever occurs first. Please note that House of Sweven may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value of the products resulting from the customer's handling of the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
